Sue is a venture builder and commercial strategist focused on translating purpose-driven ideas into scalable, market-ready businesses. With over 15 years of experience across commercialisation, partnerships, and impact-led growth initiatives, she works closely with founders and organisations to align innovation, sustainability, and commercial execution in ways that create measurable economic and social value.

Su believes that impact becomes sustainable when purpose is matched with commercial discipline, operational clarity, and the ability to scale.

Andrew Sivanandam

Andrew is a strategist, venture builder, and capital advisor with over 25 years of experience helping businesses navigate complexity through moments of scale, transformation, and capital inflection. He works closely with founders, boards, investors, and leadership teams to align strategic ambition with organisational readiness, execution discipline, and long-term value creation.
